Shipping & Return Policy
We want your FoamOh! experience to be simple from order to delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and damaged orders.
Shipping
Built in Tennessee. Delivered to your door.
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During sales, holidays, and busy periods, fulfillment may take 7–10 business days. Personalized orders typically ship within 8–12 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- Contiguous U.S.: Free shipping
- Alaska & Hawaii: $75 flat rate
- Canada: Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility
- International: Shipping arrangements and costs are the customer’s responsibility
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Payment is processed at checkout. Interest-free installments through Shop Pay may be available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact customerservice@foamoh.com as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please email customerservice@foamoh.com with the subject line “RETURN” and include your name, order number, and phone number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
Personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Spilled juice. Cracker crumbs. Mystery smudges that seem to appear out of nowhere. If your FoamOh is being used the way it was meant to be used, it's going to experience a little bit of real life. The good news is that every removable cover is designed with that in mind.
Washing Your Covers
Simple care for life's everyday messes.
A little patience goes a long way. Air drying helps preserve both the fabric and the shape of your covers for years of use.
All FoamOh! removable covers are machine washable.
1. Remove the covers from the foam.
2. Zip all covers completely closed before washing.
3. Wash using cold water and a mild detergent.
4. Wash only with other FoamOh! covers in the same color.
5. Hang dry whenever possible.
If you choose to use a dryer, select the lowest heat setting or no heat at all. High heat can cause unnecessary shrinkage and may affect the fit of the cover over time.
Spot Cleaning
For small messes that don't require a full wash.
Sometimes a quick clean is all you need.
For everyday spills and marks, gentle cleaners such as Folex* or OxiClean* can be used on the covers.
Before cleaning:
- Remove the cover from the foam whenever possible.
- Treat the affected area gently.
- Avoid soaking the fabric.
- Allow the cover to dry completely before putting it back on.
Removing the cover first helps prevent moisture or stains from transferring into the foam itself.
Caring for the Foam
A little care helps your FoamOh stay beautiful for years.
Our high-density foam is built to withstand years of play, lounging, building, climbing, and everything in between.
To help maintain its shape:
- Use products indoors on flat surfaces.
- Keep foam away from excessive moisture.
- Allow foam to fully air out after washing covers.
- Avoid storing pieces under heavy objects for long periods.
Like any quality foam furniture, occasional reshaping by hand can help pieces return to their original form after extended use.
When Your FoamOh Arrives
Give it a little time to settle in.
Many FoamOh! products arrive compressed for shipping.
After opening:
- Remove all packaging immediately.
- Allow the foam to expand fully.
- Give pieces time to regain their intended shape before use.
Most products expand quickly, though some pieces may continue settling over the first day or two.
Because compression is intended for shipping only, all compressed products should be opened within 15 days of delivery. Products left compressed beyond that timeframe are not covered under warranty.
