Everything in The Original Play Castle Sofa™, plus a Triangle Ramp, a Steps piece and a Circle, for 17 buildable pieces plus a personalizable pillow. The forts go taller, the obstacle courses go longer, and there are more ways to build.

• The vibe: Slide, climbing wall, obstacle run, castle keep.

Every castle comes with a personalizable pillow. Adding a name or initials costs $15.

Both castles use the same foam, the same microsuede covers and the same 14 core pieces. The Super Castle Play Sofa™ adds three extra pieces: a Triangle Ramp, a Steps piece and a Circle, for 17 buildable pieces in total.

Already have The Original Play Castle Sofa™? You can add the extra pieces one at a time: the Ramp, Steps and Circle. Buying all three with the Super Castle costs less than adding them later.

FoamOh castles are designed for ages 1 and up, for climbing, building and imaginative play. They are not designed for sleeping. Always supervise children during play. There is no weight limit.

Yes. The foam in every FoamOh castle is CertiPUR-US® certified. That means it was tested against the program’s criteria for content, emissions and durability, including formaldehyde, heavy metals, prohibited phthalates and VOC emissions below 0.5 parts per million. The certification covers the foam only, not the covers. See what CertiPUR-US® checks.

We use long-lasting, furniture-grade foam 1.5 40. That means a density of 1.5 pounds per cubic foot and a firmness of 40 ILD, which is firm enough for stacking and climbing and soft enough for lounging. Our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified and made without flame-retardant chemicals.

No. Your castle arrives fully assembled and compressed in the box. Open it, take out the pieces, and let them expand. Most of the expansion happens within a few hours, and it's complete within 24 to 72 hours. Boxes must be opened within 15 days of delivery, or the warranty is void.

We do not sell individual pieces at the moment, each product is cut to order as a complete set, but we are always considering feedback from you for new product ideas and ways to make us better! Send us yours!

All of our foam is manufactured here in the United States and assembly is proudly and entirely performed in Milan, Tennessee. Some of our covers are manufactured outside the USA.

YES! Just about everything we make can be embroidered with your name or initials. We also can embroider large quantities of a company or team logo. Remember, we can not embroider any logo, trademark or images that are not owned by you, the purchaser. Please email us at sales@foamoh.com for pricing and details.

Most items ship within 3-5 days from the time the order is placed, but sales and high volume periods can increase fulfillment to 7-10 days. Personalized items can take 8-12 days. We ship via UPS and you will receive a tracking number and updates to let you know how your order is progressing.

We process charges as soon as the order is placed. Please know though that we offer interest-free installment payment plans through ShopPay on all products! Just select that option at checkout!

Yes! But PLEASE place your order as soon as possible to make sure you get your Castle before we run out again!

Simply wash any of our covers with a mild detergent and cold water and hang dry.

You can clean our products using gentle cleaners like Folex or Oxiclean. PLEASE REMOVE your covers when cleaning so you do not absorb the stain into the foam!

Most items expand 80-90% within a few hours of opening and within a few days, the wrinkles are gone and the remaining expansion occurs.

Compression is a great invention, but it has its limitations. All items that are shipped compressed MUST be opened within 15 days or the warranty is void.
