Whether you're planning a surprise for a birthday, creating a new play space, or simply counting down the days until the first fort gets built, we want the process to feel simple from start to finish. Below you'll find information about shipping, delivery timelines, returns, and what to do if something doesn't arrive exactly as expected.
Shipping
Built in Tennessee. Delivered to your door.
Most FoamOh! products ship within 3 to 5 business days of your order being placed.
During sales, holidays, and high-volume periods, fulfillment may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Orders containing personalization may require additional processing time and typically ship within 8 to 12 business days.
Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey all the way home.
Shipping Rates
Simple and straightforward.
Contiguous United States Free shipping on all orders.
Alaska & Hawaii
$75 flat-rate shipping fee.
Canada
Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
At this time, international shipping arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
When You'll Be Charged
Payment is processed at checkout.
Orders are charged at the time they are placed. For families who prefer to spread payments over time, interest-free installment options are available through Shop Pay during checkout.

We take great care when packaging every FoamOh! product, but if something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
