I PURCHASED ON META (FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM) HOW DO I GET PERSONALIZATION?
Kind of frustrating…we know. Hopefully soon Meta will integrate personalization options. But not to worry! Please click on the "Personalize Your [product]" button on the shopping page for the product you purchased. Complete the steps to see a rendering of the personalization. And then EMAIL us at customerservice@foamoh.com with:
1) The Name or Initials you'd like
2) Font Style
3) Thread Color
We'll confirm with you and you'll be all set!
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN YOUR SOFAS, THE CASTLE & THE SUPER CASTLE?
Yup! Our Original Play Sofa has a SOLID bottom base, and a thinner folding base, with cotton/twill blend cover material. It has 6 buildable pieces and includes a personalizable pillow (+$15 for pz)
The Deluxe Play Sofa has TWO folding bases and is microsuede fabric. They both have the same number and types of pieces (7 including the personalizable pillow (+$15 for pz) and are otherwise identical in size and dimension.
The Castle Play Sofa transforms from a castle to a sofa (and anything else!) and it includes 14 buildable pieces and a personalizable pillow (+$15 for pz)! It is 3” shorter in sofa mode than the original and deluxe play sofas. The cover material is microsuede like the Deluxe Sofa.
The Super Castle is exactly the same as the Original Castle Play Sofa BUT it includes one each of our three add-on pieces: a ramp, a step, and a circle, for a total of 17 buildable pieces. It too comes with a personalizable pillow (+$15 for pz)
HOW DO I CONTACT FOAMOH FOR HELP?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Most items ship within 5-7 days from the time the order is placed, but sales and high volume periods can increase fulfillment to 7-10 days. Personalized items can take 8-12 days. We ship via UPS and you will receive a tracking number and updates to let you know how your order is progressing.
IS THE FOAMOH PLAY SOFA SAFE FOR ALL AGES?
FoamOh Play Sofa is recommended for ages 2 and older. Children should always be supervised when using the FoamOh Play Sofa. There is no weight limit for the FoamOh Play Sofa.
HOW LONG CAN I LEAVE MY ITEMS COMPRESSED IN THE BOX?
Compression is a great invention, but it has its limitations. All items that are shipped compressed MUST be opened within 15 days or the warranty is void.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO EXPAND TO ITS CORRECT SIZE AFTER OPENING?
Most items expand 80-90% within a few hours of opening and within a few days, the wrinkles are gone and the remaining expansion occurs.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
We process charges as soon as the order is placed. Please know though that we offer interest-free installment payment plans through ShopPay on all products! Just select that option at checkout!
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND HAVE A PROBLEM?
We hope this never happens but, if it does, we love our customers and want to make sure that we did not make any mistakes. If something arrives and is damaged or the order was wrong, please email us

And, if possible, attach a few photos of the damage/problem.
IS THERE ANY GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

WHAT GRADE IS YOUR FOAM?
We use long-lasting, furniture-grade foam 1.5 40.
IS THERE ANY ASSEMBLY REQUIRED?
With the exception of our pet beds and headboards, everything comes fully assembled. For these items, simply slip the cover over the foam after you have removed it from the package and let it sit the recommended amount of time.
CAN I GET MY ITEMS PERSONALIZED?
YES! Just about everything we make can be embroidered with your name or initials. We also can embroider large quantities of a company or team logo. Remember, we can not embroider any logo, trademark or images that are not owned by you, the purchaser. Please email us at sales@foamoh.com for pricing and details.

FREE for the entire contiguous United States.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs.
- International shipping (including returns) is to be handled by the customer
- Canada: Duties and taxes are not included in the price.
- Alaska & Hawaii: $75 flat rate
HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Simply wash any of our covers with a mild detergent and cold water and hang dry.

WHERE IS IT MADE?
All of our foam is manufactured here in the United States and assembly is proudly and entirely performed in Milan, Tennessee. Some of our covers are manufactured outside the USA.
DO YOU SELL INDIVIDUAL PIECES?
We do not sell individual pieces at the moment, each product is cut to order as a complete set, but we are always considering feedback from you for new product ideas and ways to make us better! Send us yours!

WHAT CLEANING SOLUTION CAN I USE?
You can clean our products using gentle cleaners like Folex or Oxiclean.
PLEASE REMOVE your covers when cleaning so you do not absorb the stain into the foam!
WILL MY PRE-ORDER CASTLE ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
Yes! But PLEASE place your order as soon as possible to make sure you get your Castle before we run out again!
